Our training and coaching services have been designed to help individuals and organisations reach their full potential in an easy, flexible and affordable way.
Our courses and programmes run throughout the year and are designed to fit around busy work schedules, so people can learn new skills at a pace that suits them. And a direct debit option means you can spread the cost for even greater convenience.
It’s about enjoying the learning journey, meeting like-minded people, transferring the learning back into the workplace and ultimately developing skills, increasing performance and achieving personal and professional success.
Why we do what we do…
We love it – it’s as simple as that!
Each course is carefully crafted to ensure peer learning, stimulating discussion and collaboration…but most of all, making sure they’re enjoyable, involving and action-orientated.
We then provide follow up coaching services to help individuals and organisations embed the new learning. Training and coaching act as a powerful catalyst for skill development when used together.
That’s what it’s all about for us: making learning enjoyable and helping others to achieve their full potential.

St James Buildings is a stunning Grade II listed building in the heart of the city and has been our home for more than 10 years.
The building has a wonderful history, spanning more than 100 years and was originally home to a British textile company which accounted for the production of 80% of Britain’s printed cloth.
It’s heritage and dramatic marble foyer sets the scene for amazing things that have been achieved right here in Manchester.
Our training rooms are light and airy, have been designed to feel open and spacious so you can move around, discuss, share and collaborate with others.
An interactive, comfortable space where individuals can enjoy the learning journey.
Plus we do great brews, have free biscuits, free wi-fi and have disabled access.
